Terms and Conditions of Service

Phoenix Collision Center

Last Updated: June 25, 2025

1. General Scope of Service

These terms and conditions set forth the legal and operational framework under which Phoenix Collision Center, located at 905 Kramer Ln, provides motor vehicle repair, diagnostic, modification, and maintenance services.

By contracting any of our services, the client agrees to have read, understood and agree to all the clauses described herein.

2. Vehicle Reception and Initial Assessment

At the time of delivery of the vehicle, a detailed inspection will be scheduled by appointment. The purpose of this inspection is:

  • Detect visible and structural damage.

  • Gather essential information to generate a preliminary budget.

  • Establish the general conditions of the vehicle when entering the workshop.

The initial budget is an estimate based on the visible diagnosis. Phoenix Collision Center reserves the right to modify such estimate if additional damage or hidden conditions are identified during disassembly or repair that affect the integrity or functionality of the vehicle. The client will be duly notified and must approve any budget adjustments before proceeding with the process.

3. Spare Parts, Labor and Warranties

The customer will have the possibility to choose between:

  • Genuine Parts (OEM): New parts provided by the vehicle manufacturer, subject to the supplier's warranty.

  • Alternative spare parts: Parts of equivalent quality used for budget adjustments or by customer decision. These parts will not have a direct warranty from the workshop.

Applicable Warranties:

  • Paint: Lifetime warranty against application defects, discoloration or peeling, provided that these are causes attributable to the work carried out by the workshop.

  • Labor: Coverage of 20 days from the delivery of the vehicle to report nonconformities or request adjustments at no additional cost. After this period, it will be considered as a new service.

Warranties do not apply for reused parts, parts installed at the express request of the customer without technical recommendation, or in situations of improper use, subsequent accidents, exposure to chemicals or extreme weather conditions not controllable by the workshop.

4. Delivery Time and Service Commitment

Delivery times will be estimated at the time of budget approval. However, this period may vary for reasons beyond the workshop's control, such as:

  • Delays in the availability of spare parts.

  • Additional technical evaluation not foreseen.

  • Climatic or logistical factors.

Phoenix Collision Center is committed to maintaining constant communication with the customer through progress updates. In the event of unforeseen delays, the technical team will contact the customer directly to reschedule the estimated delivery date.

5. Towing Service

The workshop offers towing service for customers who are unable to move their vehicle to the premises on their own. By requesting this service, the customer agrees:

  • That the towing will be carried out by a third party or authorized personnel under safety protocols.

  • That the workshop will not be responsible for pre-existing damage, natural wear and tear or external conditions that compromise the condition of the vehicle during the transfer.

6. Conditions of Delivery and Pick-up of the Vehicle

Once the work is completed, the customer will be notified to proceed with the removal of the vehicle. A maximum period of 3 business days is established for withdrawal without additional charges. After that time, a daily guard fee may apply  to cover the use of space, security, and maintenance.

The vehicle will be delivered only to the owner who signed the service order or to a person authorized in writing, with valid identification.

7. Dissatisfaction Policy and Correction Requests

If the customer is not satisfied with the result of the service received, they may file a claim within the first 20 calendar days after delivery. The conditions for requesting a correction are:

  • That it is a defect directly related to the work performed.

  • That the vehicle has not been seized by a third party since delivery.

  • That the claim is accompanied by evidence (photographic, technical, or face-to-face).

Any adjustment outside this period or that does not comply with these conditions will be considered as a new requirement, subject to independent quotation.

8. Insurance, Liability, and Personal Property

Phoenix Collision Center has policies in place that cover possible eventualities such as damage or accidents occurring within its facilities. However:

  • It is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

  • The customer is advised to remove valuables or belongings before handing over the car.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All information provided by the client will be used exclusively for administrative, operational or legal purposes related to the contracted services. The workshop guarantees the confidentiality of the data, in compliance with the applicable legislation.

10. Modifications, Improvements, and Specialized Services

All requests for modification or customization of the vehicle will be technically evaluated and budgeted separately. These may include:

  • Installation of accessories.

  • Aesthetic or performance improvement.

  • Electrical or structural adaptations.

Specialized care is also offered for:

  • High-end vehicles.

  • Electric and hybrid vehicles.

  • Commercial fleets and heavy vehicles.

11. 24/7 Support and Assistance

The workshop provides the customer with a 24/7 telephone line for urgent requests, towing or immediate technical assistance at the number: 512-696-7475.

12. Acceptance of Terms

The entry of the vehicle into the workshop and the signing of the quote or electronic reservation constitute full acceptance of these terms and conditions. The client declares to be informed, to have been attended to with transparency and to receive a copy of this document if requested.
